to do cable concentration curls!  I've incorporated this exercise into my biceps routine after seeing his inspirational picture

I've tried that myself. You don't even need much weight to make your bis burn like crazy!

I wonder if "fsu_pain_train"'s hatred towards Nasser has something to do with jealousy of the fact that after just a few years of serious bodybuilding Nasser was already winning shows that fsu_pain_train will never be able to even qualify to enter!

Ok, here's an interesting comparison. Before all the Yates nug huggers jump in, I'm giving Yates UNFAIR advantage here by showing his arms BEFORE he tore his bicep. So, in the picture below, his arms are at his BEST (oh lord...). Yet, he's LIGHTYEARS behind Nasser! Nasser makes Yates' arms look like a SHIT! HAHAHAHAHA!!

Give Dorian a break.  Nasser had a lot of extra training for his arms, such as when he was slapping around his ex-wife.

Just as you say, in the heat of an argument maybe Nasser has slapped her back, but as has been pointed out before, his ex-wife came up with a string of disgusting LIES she was never able to PROVE! Such compromise of integrity can only be rewarded by KICKING her to the curb and keeping the DOG - and that's exactly what Nasser DID! Now Nasser has an awesome lifestyle and keeps banging FITNESS CHICKS, while the ex-wife has to live with her disgusting lies for the rest of her life. She's probably a miserable out of shape biatch who has realized she will never, EVER be able to find such unique individual such as NASSER again! So she cries herself to sleep every night - deservingly so!

I agree totally. Yates is a horrible mess with racist tattoos. how the hell this creature stole 2 Olympias off Nasser is a mystery.

Originally, Joe Weider proposed including a 'Sieg Heil' round at the Olympia, but that proved to be just a little too contoversial, so they decided to simply give them gift placings quietly.
