shawn was the best BB onstage that day by far, more detail than anyone, best poser...he won that year IMO.

No it is right , Shawn was actually trailing behind Levrone after the pre-judging so he was lucky to beat Kevin for second and the crowd Booed very loudly when he was announced in second .

Shawn didn't win because they have this thing called a call out and when he was put next to Yates he looked just like what he was. A small very balanced bb with no wow factor. Yates looked like a monster not pretty at all but with more wow factor than the entire lineup. Its the truth and I'm a diehard Levrone fan but Yates's conditioning was such that the only guy who has ever came close in that respect is Paco. I will give Shawn this if there was a short man class like in the 70's he would have won that.

Nasser was pretending he agreed with the judging to try to be on the judges' good side since being so obviously (just look at Yates) results in winning Olympia titles you don't deserve.  However, there were also other factors that led to the judges being biased against Nasser which would not change even if Nasser remained quiet.  After that didn't work, he started becoming more outspoken and honest.

Yeah, he knew HE was the superior bodybuilder.  From 95 and onwards the ONLY poses yates beats Nasser in are the rear lat spread.

The fact you think Nasser is comparable in ANY terms ( other than width which he better be because he's a LOT heavier than Yates ) shows how ignorant and delusional you are

Dorian Yates , Ronnie Coleman , Lee Haney and Nasser isn't anywhere near this list and I can name 10 more bodybuilders with backs that blow Nasser out of the water
