There must be something. Generally a company won't spend $46 billion to buy a company unless they have a reason. Just my thoughts
They want the servers and storage space which is housed in massive buildings. It takes years to get those built and up and running. This will enable them to capitalize on ads and take Goggle on ( on ) that level. Although they would like the search business they are realistic and understand, that is Google's for good.
The question is, will Gates ever buy Google ( he owns the stock and so does Berkshire-Hathaway ) could Bill and Warren get together and take it over? Or would the Government step in?
