Matt, good physique.  You should really try to challenge yourself though and see if you can put on 20lbs of lean mass naturally, then resume juicing for the rest of your gains.  To me, I'm just never impressed with someones drug cycle.  Seeing I've done one myself, I know what ease those gains come with...it's laughable.  Have some heart and test yourself.  This needle pill shit is for fags.

lol i don't remember sayin training with cables keeps me lean lol? thats makes no sense!.  The only free weight i use is t-bar rows where i stack on 6 plates.  Other then that its all machines or plate loaded equipment.  I use some dumbells for arms and tricep extensions.  I get a better pump with machines, I'm all about getting a good pump.  And i don't think its my genetics that enables me to get a physique like mine, its just knowing how to properly train and stimulate the muscles with the right exercise.  Just like Milos does, he doesn't use extremely heavy weights, just good concentration and form.  In the long run I'll save my joint by not going super heavy. I lift heavy in some basic compound movements like barebell rows, t-bar rows, squats, leg press etc..

If i can attain this with machines, then why not ???

i have trained harder or heavier, and as a result i got injured.  I don't have big joints, i have tiny joints so they can only sustain a certain amount of pressure before they give out, even if my muscles can take on more weight which i know they can, my joints can't so why risk injury just to try and lift super heavy?.  When i can lift moderate weight at high reps and still gain muscle?.  Its not that i lack in effort when training, its just that my diets and eating habits sucked in the past as i had no clue what i was doing.   That being so i still have managed to put on roughly 18lbs of muscle mass in the past 2 years.  Now that I'm working with Vince, and eating right and getting enough protein in, i should see better results with the same training style.  And iv seen you train and I'm pretty sure i can keep up with you or even surpass you  if we trained together ;).  I can deadlift 505lbs for 2 reps that was back in the day, don't do that anymore, i don't think I'm weak, i just do what works good for me, but it may not work good for you. We are all different.

And in regards to the Jordan statement.  I feel if it ain't broke, don't fix it.
