Little update for me. I finally did some rotator cuff therapy with just 10lbs and it felt ok. The only time I get pain is when I let my elbow bend and Im holding weight at any angle. Feels much more solid but still weak and pinches in bad positions. I cannot get into squat position because my arm wont go back that far right now. Lots of Leg Press workouts to come!  :-\

I think I can press light weight but holding huge amounts RIGHT NOW is bad news. My video will come down to the wire for the 500 DL, but in 2 weeks I should be okay I think. Either way, Im getting the vid in!

Do rotator therapy with 1-3lbs, anything over that and your incorporating the larger muscle groups and missing the rotator muscles.

your right, if i was healthy, i would demolish the board.
