i know some people who saw him in just trunks the two days before the 04 O and said if that'd been the day of the show he would've made 03 ronnie look small and smooth. Just missed the timing on that one... too bad.

to me, what sets Ronnie's arms apart from everyone else's is their unreal definition (including the delts which are a requirement for amazing arms):

Ronnies are still better. Markos looked imbalanced as the day is long. Ronnie biceps are just as big but have triceps to match. Not to mention more seperation. Marko did have great biceps though. Not my cup of tea really.

Ronnie is in his own league here.

One sure thing is that you don't know anatomy or BB lol. Take a good look at the size of his triceps there dumbass.Always remember that i taught you this: 2/3s of arm size is triceps-big arms = big tris you mental midget.

Then take a look at the fact that Yates' arms/tris while cut are virtually half the size of Levrone's lol
