lets thrown out forearm shape and proportion , forget tricep shape and overall proportion between all the muscle groups all that matters is definition and lmfao delts

your ignorance and hero-worship is always good for a laugh

You also still don't comprehend anatomy-gh15's right you are in fact "infantile". Coleman had huge tris, as big as Yates' were small. Shape was good, only "drawback" was lack of extreme cuts.

As far as tris or forearms, Coleman was as "lacking" as Schwarzenegger you jackass it's about the same thing. Ya they both had "terrible" arms compared to this mess. ;D ;D ;D

in case you didn't notice oh resident retard, the overall proportions between all the muscle groups (including the delts) is virtually perfect:

as we can see, at his best, in many angles, Ronnie's arms lack nothing in terms of proportions.

they are unequalled:

Damn...

What do you think causes this, and hopefully you won't give us the usual "genetics" spiel we usually hear.  I would guess it is a combination of severe dehydration, recreational drug use, and high blood pressure caused by steroids (perhaps in this order).

negatative  8)

notice from the front, Ronnie's bis and tris (both huge) are perfectly proportioned.

Marko's front shot is all bi, not enough tri 8)

Only God knows.. I would speculate it was caused by the long-term hypertension (high blood pressure), which in turn was obviously caused by the massive AAS abuse-induced water retention.

One sure thing is that you don't know anatomy or BB lol. Take a good look at the size of his triceps there dumbass.Always remember that i taught you this: 2/3s of arm size is triceps-big arms = big tris you mental midget. ;)

Then take a look at the fact that Yates' arms/tris while cut are virtually half the size of Levrone's lol

Again you post a transitional shot when Yates isn't even flexed yet , try this one and see how things change a tad , different story now isn't it? and the second pic is from the same contest what excuse do you have now?

you get owned on every thread, don't you?

lmfao virtually perfect his forearms lag way behind his biceps/triceps besides being oddly shaped like bowling pins , and his triceps side head is again thin in the boyer coe vain

again one can't have the best arms when their deficient in two of the three parts plus proportion in relation to each other

and I notice a lame attempt in your every post you think if you claim I'm getting owned I am getting owned , again like the Strydom comment you just keeping owning yourself with every post and I'm just pointing out your ignorance

hahaha, even in Dorian's "unbeatable" black and white shot he's being owned like a slave in 1837 by Ronnie.

Ronnie disagrees  ;)
Special Ed : Ronnie of Dorian competed in 1998 would you have smoked him?

Ronnie Coleman : NO I think he would have kept on winning as long as he competed I don't think he would have lost.

old news.

99 Ronnie has owned dorian's best continually whether its the black and white shots or his 93 stage appearence.

there is 1600+ pages of clear visual proof on a certain thread  8)
