Eight years later and I would estimate that it will take at least three years before any pro is on this level:

So it's safe to say he was literally a decade ahead of his time, and I highly doubt anyone will ever reach this level of size, condition, and shape, regardless of how much time is dedicated. Theoretically one could argue that Dennis Wold will be at that level in a few years, but that's just that - a theory.

He was just under 300 pounds in the picture with Triple H!

Well because Ronnie had nerve damage to his left side causing atrophy in both his left arm and lat He still brought the wow factor from the front but when he turned around both his symmetry and conditioning from behind were pretty much gone. I only say gone in comparing him to himself he's still way beyond most of the pack.
