haha bro i didnt even realize this...but your fucking up your eca stack. the ration is 25:200:320....if your doing 100 mg ephedrine youve got to go with 800 mg caffiene and 1280 aspirin.  haha.   maybe you could go with less than that..but that would be optimimal...     despite the fact that i think the level of diminishing returns on eca is probably 50 or 75 mg...depending on your tolerance...and for caffiene its like 400-500 depending on your tolerance.

hell..if i had some t3 i would do the same thing.    the only reason i probably wont do the eca is because i am trying to keep my caffienie intake limited to pre-morning cardio and pre-workout. that way i am getting maximum effectiveness and stimulation from the drug at the times when its most valuable.    ill take the guggles extract though...it helps. you can actually feel your body temperature rise so you know your burning up more calories than normal..  the key is to take at least 60 mg's of PURE guggle.
