Are there any decent HWs? Any 205ers who could move up and beat him? What do you guys think?

that division is so thin that if it's not kongo,couture or a rematch with sylvia,any other fight is just gonna fall into the "tune up" category.

he cant fight crocop he already beaten him when he was at his best. he beat werdum. he beat heath herring three times. kongo would be choked out. brock would be submitted. mir would be killed.

I think Mir should have fought Nog and Sylvia fought Lesnar personally. Of course a big dumb wrestler is going to get caught by a BJJ black belt. Brock would have GnP'ed that retard Sylvia right into next week.

that fight might still happend... both brock and sylvia need to look for a new heavyweight to fight next

Tim has improved his takedown defense but once he got taken down he was literally helpless - at least against a jiu jitsu black belt like Nogeira.

I presume Mir VS Sylvia is is next on the cards since their last match ended abruptly with ref stoppage. TIm has been pushing a rematch so Dana may oblige him.

have to agree with you, unless CroCop get to his 2006 form, giving the fact i think Couture will not comeback to ufc, i dont see Minotauro loosing his title for a looooooooooooooooooooooo oong time..

Well the way Lesnar has ran his mouth about Sylvia in interviews leads me that this could be an option. The only problem is if Lesnars loses this one than the UFC looks really, really bad. I think they will put him in with someone else with very little experience for his next fight.

The worse Lesnar does, the BETTER it looks for the UFC. It helps validate, in the eyes of neophytes, that real fighting skills are required to compete in MMA. If a fake wrestling juice-monkey came in and mopped the floor with established UFC pros, what would that say about the sport...

Not sure. I think he would to well at 205, but he has a better chance at a belt in the weak HWY division...

Not every fight can be kick-ass. Most of Andre's fights are pretty exciting and he is a skilled/athletic heavyweight.

not every fight can be kick ass, but the reason for this is because some guys get gun shy and just fight not to lose

tends to happen after getting caught like he did in the 2nd fight with Sylvia. Once he regains his confidence, he should be back to brutal ko's...

arlovski got 7 t/ko's and 4 losses from t/ko so he's generally not afraid to bang and sylvia got lucky that time he clocked him

That face wrestling juice monkey was a 2 time all american at minnesota. I'd like to see him fight sylvia next.
