« on: February 03, 2008, 02:26:45 PM »
hey fellas! wot you think are some good kick-ass training songs? i'm a big fan of old-school rock, 'specially led zep and of a lesser known american band from the same era, the james gang. also, i like alot of alice in chains stuff, hence my quote ;D

Build Me Up Buttercup

its a hardcore classic.  nothing gets me so fired up to start throwing the weights around.  if you've never heard this song you are missing out.  talk about heavy.
I always think of 'There's Something About Mary' when I hear that song.

Suicidal Tendencies: 'Pledge Your Alliegence' or 'How Will I Laugh Tomorrow...When I can't...'

 Skid Row: 'Monkey Buisness'

Motley Crue: 'Primal Scream'  'RedHot'  'Kock em Dead'

 Cinderella: 'Gypsy Road'

 Ozzy: 'Bark at The Moon'

 MotorHead: 'Ace of Spades'

 Bon Jovi: 'Raise Your Hands'

  ...to name a few.
