385 for a single by Squadfather is a realistic claim - he seems to be into powerlifting a little bit more than bodybuilding and is interested in the strength game so you'd think his training would be more geared towards lifting bigger weights - so all things considered I would say 385 sounds reasonable.

I think it possible. I been training with a PT for about 8 months or so, and i do a little over 200.  :-[ :-[ If im not at 380 is 14 years, i will be pissed.  ;D I only do chest once a week tho.

With 15years trianing i would love to hit 500lbs one day. That would definately be close to my natural limit or possibly just past it
