this keeps getting better and better.

squadfather, everyone here knows you are full of shit.

you couldn't bench 385 on your best day.

you know it and what is more important, every time you open your fat- loader to discredit someone else's claims, nobody will listen because you can't back up your own.

what's the big deal with a 385lb bench?

these are the only reasons why you shouldn't have a big bench in the 300's if you've been training harder and used once or twice in a handful of  years....

a) you've had some sort of injury that prevented it
b) you're a girl
c) you don't know what the fuck you're doing so you should stick to the bowflex instead of taking up benches in the gym

the term "bitch made" comes to mind if you can't bench 3 wheels or better after years of training.

Or...

d) You spend all your time on GetBig ripping on your betters and engaging in circle-jerks with your internet gang.

My $100 against Squadfather being able to bench 385 (or 315 for that matter) still stands.

385 is believable for Squad.  My max is 315 and he's bigger than me.

At that bodyweight: definitely. Hell, my shoulders are messed up and I still hit 4. Years of consistent (and smart) training goes a long way.

He only has 53 post, because he is always busy training.

With as much as Squadfather posts, I wonder if he trains at all.  (Or if he does, he must do it between posts:  "HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!"  Okay now, time for some dumbbell curls.   "HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA"  Shoulder presses.  "HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!"  Push-ups.  "HAHAHAHAHAHA!"  Calf raises....naaaaaah!  Who gives a shit about the calves.  More dumbbell curls!)

Luke, What is your take on the whole Steorn fiasco?

I assume you mean the company that was raising money for their perpetual motion machine?

Well, we physicists have a phrase for that kind of thing: "Not even wrong"

Alternatively, you might be referring to the Irish company (similar spelling) who claimed to have a novel method of pinpointing underground oil/gas/mineral deposits using "micro-leptons"? Well, of course, a lepton is simply another name for an electron... there is no such thing as a micro-lepton or anything like it. As best as recent research has proven the electron itself is a point-particle with physical/dimensional extent less than 10-18 of a metre. You can't really get much smaller than that.

The fact that anyone invests in companies that make claims clearly impossible to those with even a modicum of scientific knowledge is beyond me... but then again, people still give money to psychics and clairvoyants and that's all been proven to be bullshit.

Oh, and yes... Squadfather is officially owned by this thread and must hereby refrain from calling anyone else out till he mans up on his own bullshit.

Many of the pros cant press 385lbs and they are juiced to near
heart failure levels.

My dads friend did 3 cycles 10y ago.
he is still cut 6ft 220lbs with low bf he cant
press 385, not even 340.

Why would anyone believe a stupid fat retarded looking
non stop internet forum poster obsessed with internet forums
can push 385?????

My guess is, he can press around 180lbs for a single, which is pretty
good for a guy that went to his last workout 4years ago.
