All the candidates just manipulate people with nonsense.. I'm 21 and I'm not gonna even bother to register, much less vote. Seems like a waste of time.

LOL some of you are actually discussing some of these candidates like they're a bunch of swell guys by some means. Obama is against the Iraq war, but for the war on terror and Pakistan. We can no longer afford to wage wars so our economy will probably crash, and then I'll move to the Republic of Lakota and live happily/freely forever after.

What does your candidate plan on doing about how our empire is managed and our occupations in 130 countries around the world?
What does your candidate plan on doing to get the respect of the rest of the world and restore harmony between nations?

Don't even start on nation building and war with Bushy still in the whitehouse and McCain saying we may be Iraq for 100yrs.

Pakistan has active nukes , we need to stay active in THAT region, but not be a full scale war.

I just read your previous posts and was a Ron Paul supporter as well.I even sent him a 100.00 contribution and have a RP bumper sticker on my car. It became obvious he was slipping and would not get close to the GOP nomination.
Plus, Obama is the kind of statesman, that just might help bring respect back to the USA as a great nation, nut just one with a lot of bombs and money, etc.
It is wise to try and keep Pakistan stable and not go to full scale war there unless we have no other choice.

I like Obama, but his resume is too thin; he needs more time in the oven. He needs to finish his Senate term and maybe run for governor of IL before I'd feel confident with him as my president.

Think about it. A "community organizer" (whatever that is), then he a state legislator, then two years in the Senate and he's ready to be president? I don't think so. $:-\$

You had the right idea for a while, but war with Pakistan is not going to win peace.

You can not achieve peace through war unless you want perpetual war. George Bush repeatedly says "we don't negotiate with terrorists and extremists." Why? Because we're not there to work out an agreement, we're there to serve many special interests and anyone in the way, be it freedom fighters (terrorists), women, children, babies, we will kill.
