Parades I don't like but festivals are cool. Parades exclude all those not of the same background from participating and negate them to just viewers where as festivals invite everyone to come learn, enjoy and experience what other cultures are like from around the world.

However, if there were, for example, a race of people who were overwhelmingly involved in committing violent crimes, refused to educate themselves, turned every neighborhood they inhabited into a slum, impregnated underage teens at record numbers and then abandoned them, and turned every country where they were the ruling majority into total chaos, that would be a different story. Should everything which is subjected to racial inclusion have the proper 'ratios' ? are you saying that because a Comedy has all white (and most Jewish) characters that it is unfair that a black person wasn't cast 'successfully' ?, think about the bigger picture as a game of 'chance' .. maybe an Asian dude just wasn't lucky enough for a casted part. Or maybe he wasn't a fucking Jewish man named Jerry living in that particular part of NY.
