HI ALL

has anyone seen this dvd and would they recommend it?

i really enjoyed part 5 lifestyle - seeing Nasser's Pro BB lifestyle and on the road with the other Pro's

Hello Swami, yes I would recommend part 7.  It is 3 hours long and has both a full cycle of training footage as well as about an hour and a half of "Lifestyle" coverage similar to Part 4.  I wrote a review on it a while back, maybe you can find it by searching.

Hard to say.  Depends what you prefer - training vs. lifestyle footage, precontest vs. offseason, older vs. more recent footage.  My recommendation is to buy them all and then decide  :D

Haha yes, the classic, "Dont tell anyone the secret!  Don't tell anyone!" in parts 1 and 2.

To join Team Nasser just identify yourself somewhere in your profile that you're a member of Team Nasser, and occasionally post against the pumpkinheads  :D

That's part 1!  I dont know the type of sushi it was but it was red and I didn't see much/any rice attached under it.  He also fed Sato shortly afterwards!
