umbilical hernia that looks like has been there a while, the longer its left untreated ( surgically) , the bigger it will become

steroids are not the cause ,niether is GH, he just didnt "brace" his abdomen when he lifted some heavy weight, possibly squats and tore it open.

hernia. i think you can get it when squatting heavy etc.. putting alot off pressure on the abdominal wall

btw. that dudes calves are some of the freakiest i have ever seen. maybe even freakier than Frankhousers.

...not just a hernia...a "MONSTER" hernia. I hear there is a doctor in Dubai, India that specializes in fixing those.

its a hernia...2 most common places...belly button or ballsack...
