Happens to me all the time.

It's why I need to commit to a new one to keep me going.   Soflete is doing that right now, but I also need a goal.   Running for running's sake don't work...

610 officially, I've gotten 635 to just above my knees and had to submit.  Embarrassed
To be fair to myself, I've been doing quite abbreviated workouts, a bunch of sets of the main lifts, then out. So I've maintained but not really improved on any lifts
