depends on the conditions of the offer....and if i am the only person being offered the deal...who is doing the offering....and what i think the persons motifvations are for offering me a million dollars to never vote again.

but, if it was just me or a few people in total being offered the cash, the person paying me was not a public official or politician or special-interest head, and i didnt have any bad feelings about their motivations for doing so......
