i am going back to a low volume routine, i think a high rep high protien high eating routine makes my hormones too high or im getting too much of something from all the processed foods, most likely too much iodine and halogens, its worth being bigger if your face is ugly with acne plus i think i would be healthier with my new routine, im already on my feet all day workout and thats plenty chore for my body when trying to tap in further to my calorie restricting potential, muscles burn a bit more, a little bit more struggling without alot of calories but by the end of the day i can smile knowing that i only need 50 reps max to failure a day maybe 25 reps squats no weight just Fast and fluid reps and feel just one mega burn and thats all i need and will feel like doing and 25 upper body to failure same fashion with pushup or bent rows. with super low calories this is sure to keep me healthy and trim and get much leaner.
plus monumental reptilain high rep workouts simply require ALOT of calories and alot of TIME to complete! and the extra calories keeps the stomach bloated feeling.
im back on low calories and minimal workouts (because working out for hours makes me too fucking hungry)
and of course TONS of water
3-4 peices of fruit 300-400 calories
1-3 coffe 100-200 calories
1 huge serving of veggies dressed in cheese mixture 300 cals
2-4 scoops of protien 200-400 calories
only 50-150 reps a day thats it, thats all i can handle on super low calories.
