A guy on another site asked and then posted our PMs (with my permission):

Intrigued by the new product and the results Chris experienced, I PM'd him asking if he might be able to share typical diet, training info, when Results was taken compared to his meals and training times, etc over this particular time period. I mentioned that I thought others might be interested as well, and he said feel free to share. I found it insightful to see how Chris combined the new product with several existing ones for this purpose and time frame. Thanks Chris!

This is the most recent version of my daily routine. I was consuming more calories in the first week or two of the diet.

I do a full body routine on Sunday, Wednesday, and Friday with roughly 20 minutes of cardio after each session with the weights. The cardio is of a high intensity level.

I also do one other cardio session per week time permitting.

I also asked when he typically lifted, and also if anything was done differently diet-wise on training days:

I am 100% clean.
At what age did you do your last cycle? I thought you were a lifetime natural but someone told me that you used when younger.

a) Thanks for the compliment!  I must say I am pleasantly surprised by it.

b) Yes, I did get hungry although not all of the time.  The Thermocin and lots of coffee and tea helped to curb my appetite.  I have cracked twice during the 30 days and pigged out so much it made me feel sick.  The last time was last Wednesday.  I went to the gym and felt weak and hungry so I went nuts and went to a pizza buffet with my kids afterwards.

one thing you'll learn: SF only goes on the attack if he thinks you deserve it. contrary to popular opinion he's almost never just hateful for the hell of it. track the guy's posts, look around the picture board specifically if you don't believe that. he's damn supportive of people a lot of the time.

I experimented very lightly when I was 20 or so.  My total use was probably 2-3 months and that was never using more than one thing and using stupidly low doses because I was afraid/chicken.  Trust me when I say I lost any of the muscle I ever gained in that short period.
