Basically age hasn't effected him as bad as other pitchers.

At the age where other similar pitchers had radically increasing runs scored and hits against them, Clemens had a very small increase in ERA and completely reversed his increase in hits and walks.  That age is coincidentally about the age where Clemens is suspected to have begun juicing.
