Paul will be one of the biggest guys at the ironman this year.  The training photos were taken 3 weeks out when he was at 298.

These were taken 1 week out - he should be on stage at 280 this year

He turned pro winning the Jamaica show to earn his pro card.  Big dude.  I see him everyday in the gym.  He has a "gym" body.  Looks massive in the gym, but can't diet worth a shit and dry out.

He has done some shows before, usually in the 15th to 17th place.
