ARMZ Appreciation Thread
« on: February 13, 2008, 07:23:04 AM »
I'm a bodybuilder in my late 30s, trying to relive my youth, now throwing myself into debt.

Do you guys think I made the right choice?

Going into debt to purchase something like a car is never a wise choice.

That philosophy is a good way for a middle-class person to at the very least ensure they'll never be wealthy, with a high likelihood they could end up destitute.

Bad choice imo, Vettes are too stereotypical, and that color is terrible. Should of went with a Range Rover, any BMW, Mercedes, would have been a way better choice. Not to mention a Vette parked at a Power House gym is just way too common ;D Also a nice Harley would have been a good alternative.

Good point.  Every guy going through a midlife crisis buys a vette!  Go get yourself something with some character like a 69' charger or a 67' chevelle, and for god's fucking sake get a new liscense plate.  I guarantee EVERYONE who sees you driving that thing will be making fun of you for that plate.  All you're doing is adding to the meathead/insecurity/compensation stereotype.  ARMZZZZZZZZ.  HOW FUCKING GAY CAN YOU BE??  Oh, and mine are 21" so no, i am not jealous

Let me guess...you pull into the parking lot of PowerHouse blasting some type of Metal (probably from the 80's), then you get out of the car carrying your gym bag in one hand and a gallon of water in the other, you probably are wearing some type of sunglasses (maybe Oakleys), you proceed to walk into the gym all the while keeping your sunglasses on until you hit the locker room.

Let me guess after you complete your workout you proceed to the parking lot, start up your car with the music turned up not too high but high enough to hear, you stand around by your car and talk to fellow gym buddies as you all drink your protein shakes for a good 20-30 minutes.
