I saw this posted on flexonline, that he's down the 230's, will he be to small still to take on the likes of Gustavo and Toney? I don't know if Toney comes in shape, it might be game over for Phil.

"Phil is improved all around and holding in the mid to upper 230s one week out. I caught up with him as he trained one week out and we shot one last round of photos that is scheduled to run in FLEX magazine. We've documented his progress week to week going into these shows.

He will be bigger and just as conditioned as the Colorado Pro. Plus he has something many of these guys don't CALVES and a SMALL WAIST. 

Those in attendance can catch Phil's seminar on Sunday at the FIT EXPO. "

Yep, I don't know whether he should be winning trophies being so narrow and having a small chest.  We'll see.

wasn't he reported offseason 270 ish that almost 40lbs,and was pretty lean at 270 ,just shows u how much these guys have to suck down to get true contest condition.
