Pearls of wisdom from Charles....take our advices my friends, and use the bench press as merely ONE exercise of many....especially if you're not built for the bench.
My gym has one, the only issue is getting under it. They designed it for someone that as short arms. Trying to stetch low enough to get under then start the first rep is hard, after that though you get a wicked stretch and pump.

Excessive flat bench pressing is a great way to get some nice droopy pecs that look like titties. Incline is where it's at.
you will build better chest if you only do incline/decline.Regular bench press is a front delt workout.
