Tall with long arms + the genetics makes for a good athletic looking physique and he starting to messes with GH. He could have looked better/younger with just a healthy diet / workout instead of using GH, although not the combination of that big and lean. Should have waited along time before GH use.

On the other hand if it makes him happy and he still respects his fellow man equally you can't argue against his choices. But if he does all these things to one up and belittle others, he is a sad, sad fellow. At the least he ain't wearing a tap out shirt, that has to account for something!
