Well it's all about personal choice. The physiques that people tend to deem the best from an aesthetic perspective are noticeable for their upper body development and smaller legs.

I also don't think there is anything pathetic about keeping your penis looking large and in charge.

If you're natural or not on huge amounts of gear you aren't gonna have bb'er type legs anyway.

I think it's good to have decent sized and cut up quads. If you've you got a decent upperbody and chicken legs, then that's not good.

I don't disagree with that. I think a certain sweep to the quads is important for flow but unless you have poor leg genetics this can be taken care of through sporting activity and high rep/lighter weight work.
