This is sorta long but watch the whole thing. It is also OLD . It seems police officers are allowed to shoot people.    He was just trying to do his job but had no badge and no uniform and not his service weapon...plain clothes with a stocking cap ...lied in his report.Of coarse it was a justifiable shooting according to police. These are statements based only on video and commentary.

Police have to be so far into the corruption zone before anything is done about it that it isn't even funny.  Think about the Serpico days of New York city or the Cocaine Cowboy days of Miami.  Even when things are ON TAPE and totally contradict the lies police give on police reports, people are still convicted.

After the police officers were acquitted at the State level in Rodney King's case, President George H.W. Bush said, "The court system has worked. What's needed now is calm, respect for the law."

   Yep. 2 of em. Almost 9 years ago...I have never complained about that or blamed anyone but myself.Getting arrested helped me to get straightened up.  I Haven't drank  a drop since January 21, 2000. what is your point?
   
  The point of the video was to show the Cop lied and was backed up on it. Do I think he should be charged with murder? No. He was just trying to do his job.However, had he been there on time and in uniform MAYBE the kid wouldn't have been shot. MAYBE he would have been more cooperative... Just because some guy comes up and says he is a COP doesn't mean he is. That's why they have badges to identify themselves. maybe it would have been the same outcome...who knows. Point is the guy never lunged at him and wasn't being threatening toward him and he was killed...the COP should lose his job for that. Mistakes do happen. And people have to pay for them. The officer should pay for his careless behavior with his weapon. Nothing that guy did justified  a bullet to the head.

   You smoke weed. If you have no arrest record it is only because you have never been caught. You are still breaking the law.
