Although the lighting and angle wasn't the greatest setup
for video, it still shows how good King was in 2001.

1. Coming out for his terminator entrance.
Notice the definition in the left quad and overall shape.

2. Notice the striations in the right delt.
Something you don't see as much now a days.

3. Intercostals and abs looking pretty good.

4. Back looking ripped and the tricep not too shabby.

1. No Frank Zane but looking pretty shapely.

2. Looking hard with a split in the right pec.

3. Looking wide.

4. Abs looking good.

I keep saying if he regains his 2001 form he is a sure Mr. Olympia qualifier, but will he ever be able to do that?

Of course not. He's much older now and he is way past his prime. Looked good in 01, looks terrible in 08.

True. I guess it comes down to genetics and shit. Ronnie is the greatest genetic freak ever, King got raped in the genetic department. He's got great bodyparts over shadowed by bad ones.

King is good at his best, but it appears he can't be at his best very much, and at an age where he should be at his prime, he is washed up...makes no sense at all, but that is genetics as you said.

They are video captures from the 2001 Arnold Classic DVD.
I'll have it up for sale on ebay this week. It's actually 2 older
videos GMV put onto one DVD.

It comes down to him taking ALOT of time off and letting his body regenerate and heal.. He needs to come "off" and get all that built up scar tissue out of his bi's. Hes def most improved since working with Jim and Milos..

Yes, it is a circular plastic disc with a metallic reflective surface on one side which contains digital data, and on the other surface is a printing of the DVDs title.

The thing is, i don't think his muscle quality has even improved and that seemed to be something he lacked. It should get much better as you hit your 30's and especially at 35 (hey Dexter said that to me himself). That should lead to deeper cuts and hardness but it hasn't happened here.
