Heath needs to learn how to hit a side chest. He hunches over too much. He would look way better if he did it right.  Side tri is unreal

It will be close, but don't count dexter out, if he's put on 5-7lbs of muscle over the past year he can beat heath.  Remember he is the 2 time ASC winner.

1). Dexter Jackson:  The last time the guy showed up remotely out of shape was in 02.  Basically the reigning champ having won the last 2 out of 3 showings and placing only second to Victor whom is not doing the show. I like the gift but he would probably need one to beat Dexter. 

2). Phill Heath:  placed 5th last year but improved major.   I still cant see him beating Dexter, even if he does? if you konw what I mean???  Dexter has some serious high placings and wins under his belt, Dexter is highly respected by the judges.

3).  Melvin Anthony:  Melvin has improved ,which spells trouble for many, Melvins conditioning is always a factor, if Chad can get him dry, lights out! 3rd is a lock.

4).  Gustavo Badell:  no comment

5).  Kai Greene:  Some think he can place higher, but against quality athletes? 5th is solid.

I'm with Alex 100% here. Still don't think Heath's back is good enough to overtake Dexter. The oil in Dexter's arms takes away Phil's biggest natural edge, so my money is on TMNT.

Freeman will not make the top 5.  The competition  in this show is too stiff for him.  Smaller shows are his best bet, but then again, look what happened at the Ironman...
