Phil beats Dex without a problem.  Phil is a bigger version of Dex.  Same arms, Same legs, Same back, but Phils are all thicker...Phil has more detail in the legs, hes taller, and has big calves that are real.

Phil destroys Dex in arms.. Dexter has no details in arms. Dexter's quads are normal.. Dexter may edge Phil in the back and chest department
