How much will Wolf come in at the Olympia?

If he was 250 last year I am thinking with all that time off to mass up: 270 and shredded!

The ONLY way that Dennis Wolf comes in and wins the Olympia is if he hooks up with star
"gurus" such as Palumbo or Milos. If not, Dennis will continue to decline and never reach anything in this "sport". He needs to up the dosage, use a ton of more insulin and GH and listen to the masters of this sport.

So, in essence you're saying that like Jay... Wolf needs to add 6 inches to his waist, retain more water then humanly possible , widen his back a little and lose all possible cuts and striations ??

he already works with Milos and we can infer from his radical changes in the past 1.5 years that he has upped the dosage

He's gonna work on a few things, but he is patient according to interviews and knows the goal is to fix calves, back, and to a lesser degree arms, while not blowing the waistline.

His waistline will destory heath, but heath's arms will destroy wolf.

Sorry my "clueless" friends! Dennis, as of right now, is going NOWHERE. The only person on this green earth that can "shoot" him straight to the top of the "pro" ranks is by hooking up with Palumbo and getting the inside track on all of Jumbos to notch GH and slin! Add that to his secret training methods he learned while in prison and bam, you have a Mr. Olympia!

If he gains more then 8 lbs and is shredded I would be shocked. At this level that would be a tremendous increase.

I agree.  Wolf is wide as a house, Phil just has good shape.  He's made massive improvements, but Wolf has been on the O stage and knows what needs to be done to bring up his weak parts and he definitely will.
