get over their insecurities,,go up in the open weight,,and since their 21 gh15 is sure they can bring their skinny 18 inch arms up to 20 inch by the old age of 23

I brought up triceps in a matter of 3 months period. My triceps were not existant but now they re huge, i will post a pic.

What is the ticket for triceps.

HIGH REPS CLOSE BENCHPRESS
HIGH REPS SKULL CRUSHERS

20 REPS A SET ATLEAST.

THATS POWER KID.

I found for my biceps that cable work is 10 times better than free weights but I haven't found anything for the triceps yet

i DONT HAVE CABELS IN MY HOMEGYM I ONLY DO WORK WITH A BARBELL.

WHAT IVE NOTICED TRICEPS NEED 2X MORE REPS THAN BICEPS

BICEPS 10 REPS

TRICEPS MINIMUM 15 REPS. I GO HIGH AS 24 REPS FOR TRICEPS, WHEN THEY BURN THEY RESPOND.

The thing with me is, no matter how i train now i grow like weed, Whey protein did it for me, whey puts me in a high anabolics state for growing, its unbelievable.

Triceps: 
Cable pressdowns (straight bar, cambered, rope, all kinds of handles)
Overhead presses - dumbell and/or barbell

Biceps:
Alternate dumbell curls
Cambered or straight-bar curls
Scott curls

Synthol and that other oil that basically serves the same purpose as synthol.
Biceps:

triceps extensions with a dictionary work wonders.  5 min per arm, repeat.
