Bob doesnt seem to have aged nearly as much in the face as some of the guys over the years, maybe because he hasnt competed as much, taken half as much gear, etc

I felt sorry for a teenage kid who was so happy to meet  and talk to me , thinking I was Lou Feriggno.I should have signed his name and charged him $5. Just to make the kid happy.
My prayers to Shelly Beattie. I remember her staying Thanksgiving with me and the family. My Dad was deaf too and they got along just great.

Bob, good seeing you at the IronMan (both Bob's).

Chik appears to be in top shape once again, or at least on his way to that destination.

Can anyone here provide some info on the fitness industry even that will be occuring in San Diego around the first week of March?

Stuntman : that is the IRSA show in SD

Saw : Heard Valentino will be at the Arnold. Not only at the MD booth, but he is suppose to interview Lou Ferrigno too. That should be fun to see !!
