The off season pics of Phil were unreal, he was walking around with a 6 pack

clearly you don't need to gorge yourself to get big in the off season

it seems that now more and more pro's are not geting extreamely fat in the off season... but then you see a picture like this and it changes what you thought you knew.........
i dont know why he looks like complete shit 360 days a year looks good for about a week then goes back to eating everything in sight...
you can still gain weight in the off season but this is bull shit
