I'm a big fan in a strictly sport-admiration sort of way, so if I could ask 1 or 2 training questions (you could forward them) I'd appreciate it.

For instance, what his best sets of squats were.

I agree that Phil isn't on Kevin's level quite yet, but he is getting there for sure! It is also completely realistic that he surpasses Kevin's level eventually. Keep in mind that Kevin was Phil's age in 1993 and competed successfully for 10 more years.

Heath could barely crack top 5 at the Arnold classic with weaker competition.

sorry "sharma" but nasser isn't even in the same league as kevin is as a BB or as a person. How many shows did nasser finish out of the top 10? How many shows did kevin finish out of the top 10? I think that speaks volumes.

True, but Heath has made improvements since then and appears to still be making improvements. I wouldn't rule out the possibility quite yet that he may reach or surpass Kevin's level. As of right now, that is debatable, but I would say Kevin is better.

Nasser is better to his fans than Levrone. As soon as he caught on to me defending him here on the boards we were in touch, and now talk on the phone every couple of days. Would Levrone give that time of day to Earl?

So true. Every word is right. Nasser has always been about the fans, this is why I never understand the hateful and spiteful reaction to him from some pumpkinheads. Nasser is probably the only guy who truly loves and respects the fans. He can't stand seeing them duped.

Sharma I remember reading in Flex in the late-90's that at one of the expos Nasser had a table right next to Levrone's, except Levrone's line was empty and Nasser's was extremely long with fans waiting to get photos and autographs lol.

i cant accept that scar tissue explanation. that is bullshit. he was not shooting the rear delts that much more than anything else so why the build up in only the rear delts? smells like a fish, swims like a fish........
