Yes, the first time I've ever really sat down and blindly followed something. Typically I'd dissect a diet on day 1 and figure out ten things wrong with it and make my own modifications, and it'd pretty much end up being the same diet I've always had.
I hate eating clean carbs, and I'm eating a lot of those now.
I hate whey, but I'm drinking some of that now.
I like fats, so getting those in isn't so bad.
basically I'm just eating a lot less bad carbs and watching the %, focusing mainly upon breakfast and the pre- and post-workout meals, and being very cautious to eat a lot of the right stuff right before bed, a time when I typically derailed.

You guys saw me post terrible pics for 3 or 4 years here, never making any changes at all, really, other than going up or down 5 or 10 pounds of water and bulk. This is the first time in my life I"m making steady progress.
