for some people though, becoming truly "fat adapted" takes very long....most people actually cant really achieve it...because they are too old and have been glucose powered for too long.

you are taking him to literal, I think that he is trying to saying that most people consume too much sugar..I think  :-\

He is only sort of saying that; he is really saying that people misprioritise their macronutrients, relying too much on carbs but coming from canned jizz load it just sounds so funny!
