That is why I always say WOMEN have absolute no buisness in law enforcement, firefighting, in the military or in higher public office.

 They should know their role.

With a few caveats.

We've all seen bulky women who check it at 190 who can knock down most men without trying.  They might have a 5 o clock shadow, and they sure ain't the prettiest thigns around, but there are some butch women who would make great cops.  If she can shoot straight, knock a crackhead down, and use her brain, I'm all for it.

What i"m against is any officer - whether a guy or girl - who weighs 120 to 140 and can barely stand up straight with the vest and belt on.  Weak people are the problem.  I know it's not politically correct, but a bouncy blonde weighing 122 with a ponytail just ain't gonna get respect like a 190 pound bulldog girl who ain't trying to be pretty - she's trying to get just job done.

Actaully, we had a man in office for 7 years now.... what happened?

We invaded Afghanistan after the Taleban offerred to deliver Osama dead or alive.  We preferred to move in and set up oil pipes.
We invaded iraq after Saddam cooperated and UN found no WMD.  We preferred to move in and set up oil pipes.
We have iran surrounded and may bomb them anyday, even tho all 16 of our intel agencies say they stopped all WMD programs in 2003.

So yeah, women can be crabby.  But history shows men don't make the nicest decisions either.

hahahaha, i saw an episode of Cops where this skinny male cop was trying to get this little redneck drunk under control, the drunk was like 5'7" 150 pounds and had absolutely no respect for the cop, the cop was like 6'1" and 135-140 pounds with what looked like 12 inch arms and was absolutely swimming in his uniform, the drunk was challenging him to fight and calling him skinny and weak, hahahaaa.

I agree, they are putting other people's lives at risk. When I took the firefighter PAT test, it was sad to see these woman try and complete it.

All I am saying is that in Chicago...men get passed over for fire jobs and police jobs with the city for women who is NOT able to pull hose, pull ladders, carry weight or even swing an ax. They get passed over for women who can't complete the physical portion of the police academy. While men are huffing through pushups/situps...women are EXCUSED and sit in chairs in the corner waiting for them to be finished.

 In Chicago...men have to complete a 1.5 mile run in under a certain amount of time. Women are excused from it. In Chicago...men have to grab a 150lb dummy filled with sand and run up 3 flights of stairs and down. Women are excused from it.

 That's all I am saying...PLUS...PLUS...h istory shows women in higher politcal office doesn't work.

I agree that women should have to complete a physical test that is comparable relative to their size to demonstrate that they have enough strength to do the job. 

I don't agree about the politician part at all...of course, I wouldn't vote for Hilary if she were the only person running, but that has nothing to do with her being a woman.

 Relative to their size/weight doesn't count. A 3 inch fully charged hose in a fire will always remain the same weight. A 16' ladder will as well.

 There is a direct standard of strength and physical ability in those positions. Women CANNOT do it. Peroid.(no pun intended)

 I just think women should reconsider the fact that there are things in this world they should be no part of.

I don't care if the cop is 120 pounds, 160 pounds, or 220 pounds.  They gotta be able to do the same things.  Give them a bench/squat deadlift challenge if you want.  Or just pushups/situps with some strength measure.  You gotta be strong to be a cop, period.  not 'strong for a 115 pounder', but strong by human being standards.

That's fine, but I've seen more than enough FATASS men cops who are so out of shape that they couldn't run after someone even if that person were carrying a dozen donuts and headed towards the ice cream shop.

I have talked about that with the chief of police in a town nearby at my old gym. He himself was a beast but a humble nice guy whose been lifting his whole life. There were a lot of cops there from all around and if they weren't big they were in good shape and took fighting classes but the sad thing is that's only a small percentage of the cops out there. I said to the guy about why it isn't mandatory to stay physically fit as an officer and basically there would be a lot less cops if that were the case. Sad but true.
