The most underrated bodybuilder to this date, was much better than zane, better aestetics than Arnie. He told me he never competed in france thus not mr france. But i like to call him Mister France. A class act Mr France and one of the best.

I swear his abs move SIDEWAYS in the Pumping Iron movie. I'm not sure if it was the beginning, or at some point when they showed him during the movie, but while he was on stage they showed him during his signature pose (one arm behind head, twisting and flexing down on his abs), and I SWEAR they move horizontally!!!

My personal feeling is the Nubret and Larry Scott were somewhat overlooked when the Weider mag was responsible for all of the bodybuilding promotions because Arnold was getting all the credit while others were merely overlooked or ignored completely.

I've seen Nubret a couple of times at this very best and NO ONE could compare.

he is extremely inspirational, showing upper body builders everywhere that its ok- you can not train legs and still look great.

I posted a clip of him on here doing this once but I can't find the link. It was like he could widn the gap in the middle of the abs and then bring it back together again.

Doesn't really do this in the following clip, but at 4:15 you can see something like what you're talking about.
