I'm all for cops kickin punk ass kids asses...but the kids in the first video are far from being punks, they're like 13 and totally complying with what that piggly wiggly asked.

I hear you.  I don't think there's anything wrong with getting a good old fashioned beating every now and then if you actually deserve it.  I just  don't think the first video qualifies.

Just out of curiosity, why does Baltimore dress their cops up like bumble-bees and put them in cars resembling roller-skates?  Are they trying to get people to not take them seriously?
