he's a man that enjoys a beer and a steak, that's to be sure, but no shit if you showed me that picture and said "this guy went to bench 495 this week" my response would be "how many reps did he get?"

besides, he ain't that old. plenty of time for him to lift like a guy now, then pull a dave tate and trim down 5-10 years from now if his health ever starts to decline.

you'd be surprised how healthy a heavy guy can be. when i was 268 pounds my resting heart rate was 70 and my blood pressure was about 130/80. i got bloodwork done just to check since i was so big, but the doc was surprised that for a guy with a 34.4 BMI i was in such good health.
