Black Unmarked Helicopters

I saw six helicopters just like this fly over my city about a month ago.  I also remember seeing some like this in Indiana when I was younger.

What do you think they are doing?

i have seen the 6 black  hughes/ md 500 helicopters at night circling the bay of miami and over miami beach and back with no lights on. they followed the same route about 6 times and then were gone. this was at around 10pm.
