I met an Australian trackstar a few years back, not to sure on the first name Micheal Johnson i think but he ran 9.93 in the 100 meters in Japan, half Aboriginal guy.
Im new to USA sports but i presume 40 yards is the times you are talking about, anything in the low 4s would be world class
