Yeah,600 for 10 in the bench.Bill Kazmire did 600X6 but somehow this guy is stronger then the best bench presser in the history of the world.Incredibly,he never competes in powerlifting, strongman or any weightlifting events.

How is "Kazmire" as you call him the "best bench presser in the history of the world", he was the best of his time but "ever" doubt it.

yes he was one of the best ever, he did 661 without a shirt in the early 80's, the raw record to this day is only 715, i'd say that puts Kaz as one of the 5 best ever.

Yes, one of the best for sure but to claim without doubt as if it were fact that he is the best ever may not be so. Also was the 661 not with a standard "single ply" shirt?

nope, he wore a t shirt and a singlet, that's it and i didn't say he was THE BEST i said he was ONE OF THE 5 BEST EVER which he was.

yeah if you're going by absolute weight raw then Mendelson is the best and then maybe Kennelly and i think Jim Williams benched 675 or so raw in the early 70's.

i remember reading a while ago that right before got injured he'd hit 700x2 in the gym and was gearing up to be the first guy to blow through the 700 raw barrier.

don't forget, too, the pauses they made those guys do was NUTS. serious one-second-rest. no disrespect to mendy/hoornstra/wilkerson or any of those guys, but the judges are so fast on the "press" command that it seems like a touch and go lift.

best ever? certainly close to it. not the "strongest" ever, but the best. there's a difference.

Mendelsons 715 was a touch and go,no pause at all.Kazmires was done strict.Kaz also blew off his peck at the height of his career or he would have benched much more then he did.Mendelson did his bench in a bench only meet.Kaz did his in a full meet. There is ZERO comparison of a big bencher in a full meet and a bench only guy.Let Mendelson squat 880 first then hit his being bench.

Panda seems to have a real attraction to me.He follows me around in every thread.Thats ok.I guess when you cant lift shit you feel better by bashing a guy thats ten times stronger then you. What a tool.
