There is no way Melvin follows this diet. Maybe for a day or two. If he did, even he would get lean. Which he won't.
6 cans of tuna? you will die from mercury poisoning before that date comes
?..?...? That is your pre-contest diet? I generally don't discourage anyone from trying to achieve any goals they have but in all honesty you really don't have the physique or knowledge to compete. The knowledge part is pretty much unforgivable because lacking in that just equates to pure laziness. Laziness from failure to do the leg work to acquire the knowledge through literature and individuals with actual life experience in this area and also laziness for failure to apply adequate trial and error. I've seen your contest pictures posted on here and you remind me of the anomaly that shows up at each bodybuilding show. You seem to be that guy that looks as if he just woke up one morning and said "hmmm, today seems like a good day to get a trophy, I wonder if the novice light heavies will have more than 2 competitors" I guess what I'm trying to say is basically you're all around fucked genetically.
Vince has probably always counted on the AIDS to lean him out. Sad thing, even a deadly disease wants nothing to do with him.
You should be ashamed of saying stuff like that especially coming from a massage therapist.
tuna oatmeal and veggies can be good. but not in those amountstry 10-15 cans tuna, 3-4 pack oatmeal, unlimited veggiesor15-20 cans tuna, 1/2 cup veggies at every meal, zero oatmeal for three days, then one day at 10 oatmeal.
this dude i know who had to dropclose to 100 lbs to join the USMC did that exact diet tuna oatmeal n veggies(he did carrots) and yeah...lets just say now hes in bootcamp and doin good
15-20 cans of tuna a day? or are you talking a week?
per daydont give me that mercury horseshit..besides, i didnt make up the tuna only diet, vince didand 6 cans of tuna is only 198 g priotein...
And where's your pictures at? Oh yeah, you must be the typical Getbigger that weighs 300 pounds with 2% bodyfat..... In any event, the key word is low calories, unlike that 5000 calorie pre-contest bullshit I've been hearing about lately. By staying under 1500 calories, I'll maintain muscle mass and I'll save from having to burn off 3500 extra calories a way.
okay bro, take it or leave it, but if you are dieting on oatmeal, tuna and veggies alone...then you can either go with diet one or diet two...
