Gail is nice.  Anyway...this weekend should be interesting. 

1 Dex
2 Melvin
3 Phil

Melvin is the wildcard.  Has he made a major transformation after spending time in Kawait?.  At this pt unless Dex jacks up with the xtra weight he should place over Phil in ANY show.  Just a better and more mature and balanced bber at this pt vs Phil...given his arm completely overpower his physique.

The shake was replaced with ON whey for the shooting! ;D ;D
