Dreading Leg day

Recently i've been making every excuse to skip leg day...

last leg day day i got 185 for 20 squatting....building up to hopefully do 285 for 20 by end of summer..

man i hate/love high rep squats...

its actually getting to the gym that day is the problem...i work myself up...i bitch ..i moan....i act like a total fag..i'm fine once i actually get started..then i'm in a rythm and i get thru it but up to that point...if i sneeze..i'll say.."oo maybe i should just do leg presses, i might be getting sick"

..just venting..  >:(

I had the WORST leg day today.  My legs cramped up half way through my workout.  I hate when shit like this happens because it dictates the rest of my day.
