Please don't take this the wrong way, but do you have Fetal Alcohol Syndrome?  You kinda have that look.  I'm not flaming at all.  I actually support you people.  I give to the March of Dimes every holiday season.

Training wise I hit the gym 3-4x a week and make sure to work my ass off in there.  Just recently I've started to lift heavier and with lower repetitions as opposed to the higher 10-12 rep range i've incorporated into my routine for almost all of my lifting days.

In the kitchen I make sure to eat anything and everything I can possibly get my hands on. When i'm working i have steak and potatoes, when i'm not working i usually emphasize tuna fish, brown rice, chicken breast, and milk.

It's unfortunate that in bodybuilding 90% of everything is genetics and only 10% is the rest (hardwork, rest, nutrition, etc.)

if u include natural pro's in that then your point may have some more validity, but without good nutrition and training u're pretty much going no where. It's gonna take mroe than 10% to reach your genetic limitations, even though they appear to be very shitty... very hopeless but u can always try your best.

I agree.

But if there is person A and person B and person B has an abundance of white muscle fibers and long muscle bellies, wide clavicles and some other goodies and person A is only average or below average, and both train equally hard, person B will alway be ahead.
